Flying:
There are 3 Airports you can fly into when visiting the Lecrin Valley.
Granada (GRX) is our nearest airport; only 35 minutes away by car. From April to the end of October 2024, there are direct flights from London Gatwick with Vueling Airlines on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There are also direct flights to/from Paris and we expect Transavia to start flights to/from Amsterdam this autumn. Watch this space..
Malaga (AGP) is approximately a 1 hour 30 minute drive, although this is getting faster as the coastal motorway develops. There is a huge choice of flights to Malaga from all the major airports in the UK and prices are very competitive.
Almeria (LEI) is slightly further, at about 2 hours' drive away, with flights on Monarch and Easyjet from Luton, Gatwick, Manchester and London.
Driving:
The Lecrin Valley is accessed off the main road between Granada and Motril, the A44 (or E902).
